ECB
The ECB, an acronym for the European Central Bank, is the Union body charged with controlling monetary policies within the Eurozone.
Prominent among its tasks is the ability to intervene in interest rates and foreign exchange reserves. The ECB was established in 1998 and is based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
