The last obstacles fall
Walls fall and the entire market opens the door to new horizons, the decentralized finance (DeFi) industry is ready for a new future.
It has been a difficult few years, full of regulatory hurdlesthat have not been conducive to free development for the sector. The road however, seems to have taken a new direction a with the election of Republican candidate Donald Trump.
The promise to remove Gary Gansler from his role as Chairman of the SEC, the support shown by Trump in his campaign promises, and the previous launch of the DeFi WLFI project, supported by the new president, open the door to a rosy future full of new developments.
The road also reopens for Ethereum
Ethereum has suffered greatly over the past three years, especially when compared to the performance of Bitcoin.
The price of the exchange, is currently at its lowest values in three years, at a trading level of 0.03 BTC per ETH, a sign that the market’s focus was solely on Bitcoin.
However, with the advent of Donald Trump ‘s presidency , Ethereum has the potential to shine again.
DeFi's future starts here again
The market has awakened after a long rest, with favorable regulations, decentralized finance (DeFi) is ready to write a new chapter.
Thefirst results, the fastest, are related to the performance of the main tokens in the sector: UNI, token of the largest decentralized exchange marks a +30% on the daily, followed by the largest lending market AAVE, with the token of the same name recording a +25%, double-digit performance also for tokens such as LDO, SNX, LINK and PENDLE.
The first reaction of the market is now clear, a favorable environment for development offers room for growth for the entire sector. This movement therefore indicates the first movement of a long path of growth, technology development and adoption deployment.
